Issues with my Sky stream box when switching on tv

When I switch on my Sony BraviaTV I have to hold the SKy Stream Box button for up to 20 sec's befor sky starts. This was advised since befor Christmas and to date nothing has inproved. How can you help please?

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum, but I can escalate your post to Sky. This isn't normal. But for clarification when you say press the button for 20 seconds, which button? Is this on your remote or on the bottom of the puck? Please can you provide a bit more detail of the issue and what you have already tried to resolve. I'll then get this passed to Sky for them to assist with troubleshooting.

The button I have to hold down for 10 to 20 sec is on the PUK. Thank you for your help.
