Moving from Virgin to sky

Hi all

Im looking at moving to sky from virgin for tv and brordband, looking atgetting sky stream and 500mb internet bundle and have been told that i can move bu using One Touch Switch (OTS) for my broadband but was wondring dose this also cancal my tv packege aswell?

No it's only broadband that you can use one touch for

As mentioned above the One touch service is only for broadband moves from one isp to another.

To cancel your Virgin TV and get Sky Stream, you will have to cancel your TV account with Virgin themselves at some point, so you are not paying for both for too long a period.

Just got off the phone to virgin and as long as you tell them you would like to use the one touch swich program then theyll wait for sky to get in touch with them and your tv and boardband with switch over on the same day
