Sky remote only working partially

Sky broadband is working fine on all my devices, including on the TV I want to watch Sky. The Sky remote switches on the puck but does nothing else. I've tried the reset buttons with no result. What next pls?

Have you linked your remote by holding 1 and 3 for 3 secs and find your tv make and model?

If non of them resolve the issue, the last step advises how to obtain a replacement.
