Sky Stream remote: volume controls inverted when using soundbar.

Hello,

Set-up Sky Stream today including setting-up remote to control volume on Bose soundbar. Worked through the available options offered by the set-up and chose the first option that seemed to work. Unfortunately, the sound control is inverted. Pressing up volume on the remote actually turns the volume down. How can I get into the settings and try another option?

Press 7 & 9 together for three seconds to reset your remote.

Pree 1 & 3 together for three seconnds to go through the bluetooth setup.

You should see the "connected" message and same onscreen prompts as before.

Yes!

The installed options did not work for my soundbar. I went to the Bose support website, https://www.bose.co.uk/en_gb/support/products, selected my soundbar, selected manuals and downlaods then the appropriate remote codes booklet. I then input the codes manually in the Sky Stream settings.

I went for the 4 digit codes and one worked. Apparently, you can tell whether you need 4 or 5 digits buy looking at the Bose remote. Remove the battery cover and find the serial number. The last two digits '20' or '30' define how many digits you need to programme the remote.
