Watching a show in my llsylist on itx that is still on live tv, I fast forward the ads a d it goes back to the beginning. I then press fast forward again and it looks like it is but the time doesn't move and remains at the beginning. So go out and then tonight's episode doesn't show to be able to watch. Has the happened to anyone else how do I resolve as happens quite frequently

Hi @JulesT70 Try resetting the ITVX App to see if that helps. You can do this by opening the app & entering 0 0 0 0 7 7 7

This clears the cache and should help resolve any issues with the specific ITVX app. After entering the code the App will respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue.

Note there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you are on the homepage of the ITVX App.

I have tried your suggestion and have restarted the device but still when fast forwarding it throws itself out and now not showing as being able to watch in my playlist or through the itx app on my sky puck but it is there to watch on my phone through the app. Doesn't make sense why it disappears from both the app and platlist on sky 🤔
