What is the lastest version on the puc pleasse

Also why do I have to turn of at the mains and back on again to watch a programe on channel4 catch up

Your pucks are on the latest firmware and OS.

If you have any problems with your Sky puck, no need to pull the power, do a restart from settings.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
