Power supply for sky stream

My sky stream has been delivered but it has no power supply is this normal?? I've connected everything I have and the sky stream puck is showing no lights as there's no power supply?

@Jadem14 It needs a power supply and you should have been provided with one, you'll need to call Sky to resolve this.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Thank you. There wasn't a power supply in the box and have tried calling for about an hour keep getting cut off and now they are shut. Wasn't sure if I was plugging something in wrong!

Seems odd there is no power supply.

In the box, there should be the puck, remote, the plug in power block with its attached cable and an hdmi lead.

Are you certain, that you have not missed it in the compartmented box?
