My Sky puck is now turning off every five minutes - why is it such a problem using Sky

When you say turning off,do you mean going into standby? Try powering off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance.

If you mean something else please can you clarify your issue and the community will do it's best to assist.

I would say it goes into standby mode, but every five minutes !!! Currently trying the switch off at the wall and leaving for a few option, although not holding out much hope.
