Sky stream puck flickering

We have a sky stream puck and a bush tv, since we updated yesterday every time we go uo or down on the sky remote it starts flickering and jumping between the bits below and above ive tried restarting and disconnecting and reconnecting the remote but it doesnt work to stop it any advice

Can you clarify. What part of Sky stream is flickering? Is this the menu? Or TV channels? Also updated what yesterday? The TV or the Puck?

Have you checked the output settings on the puck match settings your TV can handle?

Hi it's everything on the sky puck the tv the guide channel, the apps. We updated the tv ive checked the settings, its all good

Sounds like your hdmi cable may not be seated correctly.

Try removing the hdmi cable from the puck and TV and make sure it's reseated snuggly.

Once done,, repower the TV and puck when you have done that.

Assume you are using the hdmi cable that came with the Sky stream puck.

Ive had a look online it actually says its quite common after the bush tv uodate to tivo as we realised yesterday its also happening on the playstation as well

I turned of my bush tv wifi, i think it was to do with an update from tha side
