Close currently playing tile

I've seen loads of posts of people who can't see the 'currently playing' tile when they click home.

I however can see it every time I click home but HOW do you actually make it go away!? I sometimes want to click home and actually stop watching the program that was on.

Any ideas!??

Hi @3quid

If you press the back button before pressing home, it will usually stop playback.

I think that is what your asking...

Thanks for you answer @mikealanr

So to avoid the now playing tile on the Home Screen I need to press back, then home? Is there really no way to close it once you're on the Home Screen? you don't always know if you're gonna come back to the program.

Have to say, overall, the sky stream software sucks quite a bit.
