      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer and in the process of transferring from Virgin broadband to Sky full fibre. Change over day is a month away. However my sky streaming pick has been delivered today, can I go ahead and activate it using my existing virgin broadband or will this confuse things when my my full fibre is activated ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When your new Sky broadband router arrives go to settings on your stream puck and select &amp;nbsp;Settings &amp;gt; Network &amp;gt; Network Settings &amp;gt; Status / Reset (make sure you have your network password handy).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
