@Grezbo37 you sre not talking to Sky by pkostung in this forum. If you are using your TV's speakers go into the Picture and Sound settings and choose PCM which is basic stereo and the most reliable type of audio,

If youbhave a sound bar orcextenal audio system this fault can happen when the puck is set to output audio on the automatic setting as the audio kit is not recognising a change of audio type when adverts come up or the channel changes etc. Experimenting with the various options can help.

Ive had sky stream for a couple of weeks now and have had intermittant issues with no sound. Usually switching off and on again resolves the issue,

This morning no sound. Tried the usual, tried alll the suggestions and nothing.

Ive had sky for a long time and to be honest have not been impressed with this new system at all.

Any suggestions? Sky are you there?
