Playlist programs keep restarting

I've noticed recently that often, when watching a program from the playlist, if I want to rewind a few seconds or longer the program will jump back to the beginning. It'll then not allow fast forwarding without jumping back to the beginning each time. The only way is to watch the whole program from the beginning right through all the adverts again.

What an amateurish system this is.

@PortlandBill you are controlling a distant server not a local hard disc. I find using voice commands like forward 5 minutes or back 30 seconds far more reliable. Wont work in all apps but there the fast fwd etc tends to ne more reliable.

I could just use the free apps, but I'm paying £30 a month to sky to provide a service that simply doesn't work.
