You don't lose anything when stream pucks are reset as everything is stored on Sky's servers and not locally on the puck. All that would be required is re-logging in to each app on the sky puck but the playlists and continue watching rail won't disappear.

Also should ask why you are trying to reset the stream puck as it's typically something that should only be done when advised by Sky customer services whilst you are speaking with them ( as there have been reports of the reset not unlinking the product from a Sky account correctly meaning it can't be reactivated without having to contact Sky).

It won't let me turn on with remote control that's why need to reboot
