    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am setting up our new TV and linking it to my sky stream box. However when I login with the QR code and enter the activation number it says "check your sky glass. If you're not connected please try again later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it has been saying this for days now so I am unable to watch sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4319150"&gt;@Vish_&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; There is nothingto link if you have a Stream puck and it was already setup?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If you got&amp;nbsp; a new TV you just need to plug in the puck to a HDMI input and use the TV's remote to scroll through the inputs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've plugged it in and requires me to set it up again. It's like it has been reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it says I'm connected to internet but when I try to link account it says to check my sky glass or try again later&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
