Thanks, would the TCL android tv's be ok or would there be a level of conflict between the Google app interface & Sky's ?

Hi, I'm after buying a couple of 32"tv's for bedrooms connected to pucks, not wanting to spend a great deal but also don't want to get anything that's not compatible, are there certain requirements I need to look out for on the tv's ?

They really just need to be HD or UHD with HDMI 2.0 or above preferably and HLG HDR compatibility. Even better if you can get one that supports HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision as these are various HDR formats

If you're seeing the Stream interface then you're not looking at Google TV.

I've a Sony Android TV connected directly to the Sky router via ethernet. Works fine with the puck AND I can get Netflix, Discovery+ (including TNT) from Sky via the Google Play Store Apps. I cannot get Sky Channels, including Sky Sports, via the TV since Sky haven't made the Sky Go App available for Android TVs. So the Sky puck is only used to watch Sky channels and TV channels not available in HD from Freeview
