      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just me or has ordering additional Sky equipment became an impossible task?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sky stream, I have a Whole Home subscription. I call sky, the automated line sends me a text with a link for help because it doesn't understand what I'm requesting. The virtual assistant doesn't understand and for the life of me I can't get through to an agent because there closed, or I can't get past automated answers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I simply want to buy an additional puck? Can someone please tell me how I can do that directly without telling me to "phone" please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#whateverhappenedtohumancustomerservice&lt;/P&gt;</description>
