topic Delivery times in Sky Stream

Delivery times

Anyone have any idea on delivery times for sky stream? Ordered mine at 7pm yesterday and still not heard anything about delivery? Falls under the next day catergory but nothing from sky or dpd? Also are credit checks performed before they send out stuff?

If ordered by 9pm Mon to Thu it's normally next day.

What does your order tracker show?

Order tracker just shows that it's been ordered, nothing other than that

There is no credit check for Sky Stream that you have to wait for, before a delivery, that is for a Sky Glass TV loan agreement.

Okay thank you, I ordered within the criteria for next day delivery, this isn't important but just haven't heard anything at all, went into my sky app and on my orders is just says order placed on 27/01/24 and below that activation is due

If you can wait till mid morning and you still have had no dpd conformation, come back here and we can escalate to the Sky community messaging team to have a look for you.
