Either do a restart from the settings menu or simply pull the plug from the socket for a minute or two and then power it back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This often helps clear glitches. The pucks aren't great at clearing their internal cache and when clogged up they can give the type of symptoms you describe. It's also good practise to fully exit apps when you leave them. If you just press the home button when you finish watching something rather than fully exit then the app will remain open on Sky's server and can cause your service to slow down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
