    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4027234"&gt;@Skel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Go to the stream puck Settings &amp;gt; Network and select status/reset. &amp;nbsp;If it finds your network input the relevant password and it should connect to your router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is finding your network but not the internet then follow this procedure: &amp;nbsp;put puck to standby and then unplug both your puck and &amp;nbsp;router.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, to stop your puck losing connecction when it goes to standby&amp;nbsp;go into the Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; standby menu and make sure that the option for&amp;nbsp;"Networked standby mode" to &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I would also turn &lt;STRONG&gt;OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; the overnight power saving.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tested wifi and connection, no problems in the area. All other devices in the house are connected. Using new sky ultimate router. No connection at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
