SkyStream Pixelating

Programs on my SkyStream are pixelating - very annoying. checked other channels, Sky based ones and free to air ones, it seems to be happening on many. It's spoiling my evening's viewing. At one point I resorted to normal TV in order to watch what I wanted to watch.

@GillyB-A There was a major problem with the picture pixelating a few months ago but Sky fixed that specific problem. Yours is the second post I have seen over the weekend which is reporting pixelation again.

If you have not already done so try doing the restart procedure by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

If you are still having issues I would call Sky for some troubleshooting.

Thank you for your help/advice. It was so annoying that night, that I went back to ordinary TV and watched the non-sky programs that way. Anyhow the next day/evening the problem has not recurred so maybe just a blip that evening. However I will keep of how to hopefully resolve the problem recur.
