Ethernet connected.

It - and I cant actually beleive I'm saying this - appears to be location dependent.

The puck that has the software issue, placed in another location goes through a software update and reboots fine.

I then move the same puck back to it's original location and it fails with same issue as before.

I've also...

changed HDMI leads

disconnected Amp

changed HDMI ports usedon TV

nothing resolves the issue except moving the puck to another room and connecting to another TV.

Only thing not tried/changed is power supply- but it appears to work as box will put up logo and eventually error screen.

TV ? Other devices (Apple TV ) seem to work fine.

Utterly baffled.

Ok, I'll try again without frustrated profanity (which I assume got my previous post deleted)

I now have 2 out of 3 Sky Stream Pucks displaying 'Software Error' and a QR link to sone troubleshooting (all of which failed to resolve).

Anyone else seeing this ?

@Anonymous are the pucks connected via WiFi or Ethernet. Its possible that perhaps the internet connection dropped for a moment whilst the pucks were updating which has caused them to get into this state.
