Sky Stream box picture locks up

I know there is a similar thread butI don't have problems with pixellation or any of the additional issues mentioned.

Occasionally the picture on my box will just freeze on live TV like it's been paused and the box becomes totally unresponsive to the remote so the only option I have is to turn it off and on again at the plug.

I have 1 GB synchronised internet and the box is connected via ethernet at 88.5 mb according to Netflix.

AppleTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ stream flawlessly with no issues.
