Other buttons on remote are all working just can't get anything to play via remote

Hi @KS19Firstly I would reboot the system by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for the first couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

You could also try to pair the remote again as follows:

Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds
Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode). A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.

As unusual as it may sound many people have got remotes working again by holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. It has worked for me on 2 occasions.

As a last resort call Sky and discuss with them and maybe request a replacement remote.
