Hello all,

I have had Sky Stream for over a year, I've not had any issues with it until recently. Now, after watching tv for a few minutes the connection drops out and will not reconnect unless I factory reset the puck. I have now resorted to factory resetting the puck each time I'm wanting to watch TV which is such a pain! I have spoken to both sky and my WiFi provider, they are both blaming each other. I really want this resolved and am not sure what to do next, please help!!
