Cannot get subtitles on ITV3. Subtitles are fine on all other channels but seem to be turned off on ITV3 and I cannot turn them on.

@Keith+Eastbourne If you select the remote button with 3 white dots it will bring up another menu which will include Subtitles if they are available. Select this to turn then on/off. Note that with this option if you change channels or the puck goes into standby you will need to select it again as it will go back to the default of off.

Thank you. I tried that but it shows subtitles are off and there 's no option to turn them on. I know subtitles are available on this channel though.

Hi @Keith+Eastbourne It will only give you an option to turn them on if that specific broadcast has subtitles available. Likewise if subtitles are turned on in Settings>accessibility then they should show on all TV channels when they are available.

The Apps are a different matter and each has its own way of turning them on & off.

I did a factory reset and everything is working again.
