    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4307290"&gt;@dad24girls&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If there was an issue with broadband&amp;nbsp;in your area I suspect there would be more people posting about the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a standard reboot by going into&amp;nbsp;Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help try rebooting your BB router as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Located in Ireland, Drogheda and the sky stream is non-existant tonight , not updates as to whether there's a problem or not , can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
