    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issues, constantly, on my second puck, reboot several times a day, each time I call sky I get to reset the puck with a software update... on one occassion twice in the one day... no great... bring back SkyQ which was much more stable...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are fellow customers. You will need to remove via my sky or telephone customer services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you explain your issue in more detail the community will do it's best to assist. I use Sky sports without issue, is it the channels, app etc.. is it HD or UHD you are having issues with? Does your internet meet the minimum speed of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
