Cannot access Paramount plus

Trying to watch Paramount plus but after logging in it wants me to pay a subscription I have tried everything but still no go . It was working on sky go until I logged out now I'm getting the same problem there

Paramount plus is a subscription service and is separate to Sky Go. It's available to Sky Cinema subscribers.

Have you activated the service as per the info here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus

Is Sky cinema working on stream box?

My mistake it wasn't sky go it was paramount app on my phone but both are not letting me view keep asking for subscription yes sky cinema is working
