Streaming puc powers on but no picture

I've only had my sky streaming puc a few weeks and turned it in today as normal the puc powers on and I get the solid white light. But no image at all just a completley black blank screen. Any ideas? I've powere it in and off half a dozen times and turned it off at the mains.

I also have this issue as of yesterday, pic hasn't worked in over 24 hours.

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely doing the recovery procedure on step 4;
