      <title>PIN not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently purchased Sky Stream, activated today, but our PIN isn't working. It is not accepting the last 4 digits of my mobile number and the Voice feature, which the website advises we use to reset, just says "That didnt't work please try again".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
