      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I use my sky puc I can get home page but when I select a program I get no picture I then have to turn power off and on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do a restart in settings preferably instead of multiple power on and off&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
