No picture, only sound when trying to watch anything on Sky Stream

I have a picture on the main menu and can navigate it fine. But when I select anything to watch, whether that be live TV or any of my apps, I only get a black screen and sound. Tried all troubleshooting but no luck.

Reset the box disconnecting power and reconnecting with reset pressed, it went through the colours etc and then reloaded latest(?) software. Worked for an hour or so then tried House of Dragon, now it has a Technical Issue again, previously dropped me from Skinwalker Ranch. Currently the Home Screen is present but nothing is loading. Internet is Sky and over 150mb so not this - possibly!! This has been occurring most of the day off and on. Looks like a Sky problem. Thoughts??

Same issue and factory resetting does not resolve the issue

I changed the hdmi cable this resolved the same issue I had
