Change start-up channel on Sky Stream

I have just signed up to Sky Stream Essential. When I turn on the TV I am greeted by Netflix. I would like to change my start up screen to BBC1 but have been unable to achieve this using the advice I have so far received i.e. navigate to Settings, then Home and then select Home or On-demand and change the channel to BBC1. I do not have either of these options under Settings. Opening at Netflix is a real bugbear for me. Can anyone help?

On your Home Screen, do one of the following;

Scroll on the top home rail and it will remember your last 10 or so watched channels or apps.

Just say 'bbc one' or any other channel name, channel number (101) or one of your saved favourite channels 1 to 49) into your Sky stream voice remote.

Pan down a couple of rails and then right and select the BBC one tile or another channel tile

Or pan down and select the tv guide and select bbc one or another channel.

To get used to Sky Stream say 'help' into your voice remote and read the help there or play some of the videos there.
