Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check the speed your getting at the puck by opening netflix going to the menu and down to get help? And selecting connection check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may get better stability using ethernet cable (ensure you turn WiFi off in puck settings), Channing the channel on your router or using an extender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My tv picture and sound is stuttering on all channels. The same thing happened when we had bad weather just before Christmas and the same is happening today. It is impossible to watch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response. My Sky app says the broadband speed has been just over 33Mbps over the last 3 days. On Netflix as you suggest it says the speed is currently 9.19Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
