      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you have not paired the remote correctly, in allowing your Sky remote control to pair with your TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which TV and model do you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest re pairing exactly as it shows here on step 2&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but I am pairing it correctly, as per the instructions, and it's not working......that's the issue. Sky sent a replacement remote and still the volume buttons don't work and it doesn't turn the tv/puck off at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
