      <title>Sky Stream Paid- Still not activated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm really disappointed with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never been &amp;nbsp;contacted by Debt Collectors other than sky themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My family has been waiting for for over &amp;nbsp;36 hours, made several calls and chats to sky and still not getting anywhere .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we could have used all that money we used to go for Virgin Media but sacrificed it all for Sky for the hope that we get it &amp;nbsp;reinstated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message in my screen is giving us false hope that it will be restored in less than 2 hours .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;why are you lying to us we have been waiting for nearly 3 days and still got this message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have paid everything directly to you Sky through My Sky App &amp;nbsp;and now telling us contact Debt Collectors .       <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you also setup a new payment method on your account as usually when services are restricted due to late payment the direct debit or continuous card details are removed from the account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have then you should also try rebooting your Sky device by turning it off at the plug for a minute.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
