      <title>Can’t factory reset my Sky stream remote</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Set up my remote to work with my Sony TV and it worked fine and the added the Bose sound bar &amp;nbsp;- now because of an audio synch problem I wanted to control just the TV volume but I can't seem to factory reset my stream remote. &amp;nbsp;It still hangs onto the Bose sound bar control. &amp;nbsp;Tried 7 and 9 and 4 and 6 and then 1&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;and 3 but no success. &amp;nbsp;Even reset the &amp;nbsp;sky stream box but no joy. What else can I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may not be a remote issue. How are you Puck, tv and Bose connected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
