good morning. is anybody else's stream puck not switching on? mine is just flashing a white light rapidly. have they released an update that's knocked it for six again?

@pilgrim44 Unplug the puck for a few seconds and plug back in, it normally fixes most issues.

There has been no updates during the holiday period .

Try the,power restart first as mentioned above.

If that does not help, you need to do the recovery,procedure as described on step 4 of this Sky help article;
