Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Since Christmas Eve and only since Christmas Eve the sky pucs (I have 3) are all displaying error codes when trying to watch any of the channels such as 101,102,103 etc - the apps work perfectly - the issue is just with what I'd call the terrestrial channels - so frustrating - anybody experiencing the same? I get the following issues,

1. The channel loads and displays a black screen with the message "please wait while the programme loads"

2. while watching a channel we get a channel crash and now screen or "there's a technical fault with this channel"

I've tried updating the puc, restarting etc - the fault remains

anybody experiencing the same manage to find a solution?

Better terms would be PSB or FTA channels depending on the specific channels ... even though you need a subscription to watch any channel on Sky Stream😉

So, even though my wifi is good, it seams the sky puc prefers a wired connection directly to the router - after doing this it clears the problem.
cheers
