Since the change to 49 channels, My favourites are not saving, not only that but some channels that I've never favourited are showing up in the list.
Anyone else?

Do you have the setting to automatically update the favourites turned on? If so it's likely the Sky algorithm automatically changing the favourites list based on what you are frequently watching.
