Sky puck no picture

Can't get a picture with puck! Sound working, tried rebooting and resetting connection, no other problems but still no picture! Any ideas

All fixed, just swapped hdmi socket and it worked

Hi, I am having this issue also. The menu on the puck is fine but when I select anything to watch anything at all I only get audio no video. I have 2 pucks and a glass TV, the other 2 devices are working fine. I have so far restarted the puck, I have tried different inputs on my TV, I have tried different hdmi cables, I have reset the puck to defaults still no joy, no video only sound. Please help.

You seem to have tried most things we would suggest on here.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Along with a blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
