Sky cinema not loading

Hi,

I bought the sky cinema package today however when clicking on movies to see the new and old movies, it just loads and loads but nothing comes up. Is this a common error or because I've only just got it today?

I can see the cinema channels and watch films that way. But not other films using the movies buttons.

@Megan9109 Sky Glass does not download anything, items are added to a playlist, everything is on the cloud.

Anything available on Sky Movies will still be there to add to your playlist, anything a;lready added will still be there.

@Megan9109 Do you mean Sky Stream? As you posted in the Glas forum.
