    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4286224"&gt;@Bismark60&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;The first thing to try at the first sign of any issue is to reboot/restart your puck. &amp;nbsp;From my own experience this has always resolved the issue you describe (until the next time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To start the restart procedure go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;It takes about three &amp;nbsp;minutes to completely reboot the puck. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
