Same issues and been getting worse to point not watchable. Have done all the resets and same issue on lan or WiFi. Started about 8 weeks ago but now really bad. Everything else works. Netflix zoom teams prime etc etc. only issue is with tv channels. Spoke with sky and they could offer little explanation. Going back to q box was suggestion! If I had issues with all my other tech id blame the network but I don't so it is something with the pucks.

30mbps via Get Help on Netflix. You can see the internet connection dropping out, connection to broadband router for WiFi and Ethernet is constant, the issue is the internet connection is being dropped (by sky) suggesting a routing failure

BT. .. cannot see it being a broadband issue as everything else works perfectly. The buffering has become really bad no matter if WIFI or LAN. Waiting for upgrade to full fibre in next couple of weeks. I know were on the edge of download performance for stream but ven lowering to plain old HD makes no difference.
