Sky Stream Remote Control Issues with Samsung TV

I've got a Samsung UE40h5000ak that I am using my new Sky Stream puck on

I can change the volume with the Sky remote control, but the power button only turns off the puck. I have tried a long hold on the button and nothing happens.

The TV doesn't seem to have Anytime+ or CEC. Does that mean I won't be able to get the control to work for power on/off? It seems unusual that you can work the volume buttons but not the power...

I've tried the 7&9 buttons, then 1&3 to re-pair the control, but no joy.

In the "Control your TV" option I have been through the 21 options but the power doesn't work on any of them.

On the forum I saw people talking about entering the specific Samsung model number, but I haven't seen anywhere I can do this?

Any ideas please?
