I have a black line across my screen when watching sky stream we have rebooted out puck a few times but nothing works. any ideas on how we can fix this please ?

Does it happpen with other sources?

Try changing the HMDI cable..

We have checked it just using Sky its not the TV. Or any other apps or The HDMI Port

If you think your puck is defective you will have to report the issue to Sky and request a replacement☹️

Hi @Rosieleanne95 I had something similar on a Glass TV about 2 years ago. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back.

Give it a try tonight but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).

Edit - Apologies I see you have a puck and not Glass. It may be worthwhile leaving leaving your puck unplugged overnight. Could the problem be with your TV and not a Sky issue or does it only happen while watching through the puck?
