Hi @fab

Your not addressing Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. Sky requires 25 Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. What broadband speed do you receive?

I was with Vodafone a while ago and had a torrid time with their router, struggled to support the demand placed on, moving to BT and subsequently EE and not had any issues. You may have a better experience using an ethernet cable or homeplugs, just remember to turn off WiFi in the settings.

MikeAlanR

You state nothing wrong with Sky Streamin, so why has it been happening all day! I was watching a problem, in minutes screen goes blamk and it cones up technical issues.

i checked all the cables, no problems switch it all vack on and select program and it does it again. Its not my internet as i can watch the programs on line. Vodafone is my internet service and im having no problems there.

this is doing my head in. Im disabled and housebound so the tv, and my Sky Streaming is important in keeping me sane.

i will turn everything off again and see what happens again! I hope its not just a local issue here in Milton Keynes. Or vould some other service be interrupting our sky conn3ction.
