i have recieved a new puck today it is is tuck on checking staus i have tried all the suggestions in help and it is still sticking

This didn't work CS rang me they are baffled, told me to watch the one in the bedroom or bring that one down, absolute joke, they have no idea what the solution is in the meantime I'm paying for something I can't use.

Even new ones can be defective ... if Sky's assistance can't get it

working ... get it replaced😉
