Sky Puck keeps turning itself off

Whenever watching any live Sky channel, my puck will turn itself off within minutes and the only way I can reset it is to turn it off at the mains but it will literally go and do the same thing again. I will be watching a channel, the screen goes blank and then that's it and its driving me mad. Only appears to happen om Sky channels though. Apps and everything else appear to work fine
